Bonsai / Moss peat

I am an avid bonsai grower. I am extremely worried about removal of all Moss Peat as it is a vital component in Bonsai mix. I have spoken to many people about this and research is ongoing to find a substitute but so far nothing. A Moss peat supplier was interviewed about what they would now do , answer , what we did before. Burn it. How can this be allowed. Bonsai need Moss Peat.

Within the search results are lots of comments and suggestions from other bonsai growers. You're obviously not the only bonsai grower with this dilemma.
