What are these and when should I move them

  1. I have quite a lot of these growing in a bed which is quite overgrown.  I’d like to move them to another area.

    They look like one of the Persicarias ... have you seen them bloom?

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    I agree with Dove, they send up large plumes of pink flowers. Can be invasive and quite tough so if they were mine and I wanted to move them then I would.

    Cheers, they do send up pink flowers from the centre and they have certainly taken over a bigger area over the last couple of years!
