canna virus

mileyemileye Posts: 3
Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows how to deal with a company selling plants with canna virus? I bought them as small shoots and noticed aphids all over them, washed the aphids off as reccommmended by the company and as the leaves started to unfurl I have noticed signs of the virus. The company is telling me they are fine but I know they are not. Any help on how to deal with these companies is much appreciated, my son bought me these as a presant from his first job after leaving school and I dont want him to waste him money.

I would take some photographs of the plants and send them to the company first of all. Politely say that this is now the current state of the plants and ask for their comments.
Hopefully someone with experience of Canna virus will be able to advise if there's anything you can do with regard to the plants themselves..

    Please post pictures on here.
If Canna virus, plants should be destroyed, not composted.
How can you lie there and think of England
