Standard rose
I have a David Austin Golden Celebration standard rose that has developed 2 main stems has gone very leggy and hasn't had many flowers what have I done wrong

Can you post a photo of your rose to show the problem, to give us some clues as to what's going on?
To post a photo click on the little landscape icon in the toolbar above your text box and follow the instructions. If the picture doesn't appear decreasing its size usually solves the problem.

The top growth then needs pruning to encourage more bushy growth.

I notice there is a label still on the plant, could you photograph the label please and post it, so we can see what's written on it. Thank you.

It's really up to you what you do there, I cannot see any suckers, it's all Golden Celebration, but whether you want to keep it like that, or not, it's your decision. If you do, then you can prune it back at the top, to lower buds, to make it bushier. It would also benefit from rose food and mulching with compost, also clearing away all the other plants nearby, as they look to be impeding your rose somewhat..
Good cultivation is the key. Only you can do this I'm afraid.. best of luck ...
