Maybe rip up the block paving (you could leave tracks for wheels in case you might need future vehicle access). Add planting into the new areas, and a trellis to screen off the front of the garage - paint the garage in a dark uniform colour to make it less visually prominent.

@rboswell0312 - no bullying. We are all, with one or two exceptions, keen but amateur gardens with varying levels of experience and expertise who use this forum to offer and exchange or request info and ideas on a wide variety of topics.
You posted an out of date photo with incomplete info and then complained when you didn't like the responses, all of which have been reasonable and helpful given the initial info you supplied.
I suggest you post a more recent photo and give an idea of what you like and don't like and then see if you get responses more suited to your tastes, abilities, available time and budget. Posters here are only too pleased to help and advise.
