Hi found this growing under my photina red robin hedge. Potted it up. Any idea what it is please?

    You beat me to it @Posy … I was going to say Cherry Laurel (Prunus laurocerasus). 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
