Thankyou all for the replies and suggestions. I'll have a look into Lloyds direct and the mysurgery website. B3 - that's what used to happen here, and it worked brilliantly - right up until the surgery was amalgamated with another two or three, and we got the p.o.d. It has been very variable ever since - I guess that's Progress
Boots also do a Prescription management system like Lloyds, if that's more convenient for you. I've used it for 10 years or so and never had a problem ... right through lockdown and some shortages they've always kept me informed and provided a suitable alternative if my usual wasn't available. The pharmacist also does an annual check-up of what I take and how I take it and liaises with the GP ... I also have my Flu jabs etc there and they feed back to the GP so it all goes on my medical record. Brilliant system.

I agree with @Pete.8 re Lloyds Direct. I used to manage a large GP surgery until retiring a handful of years ago, and it's the best, in my opinion. It's managed via an app (excellent) or website (pretty good). It's by far the best I've experienced. Use it in conjunction with the NHS app (not the COVID one) to check your medical records and link your meds with the Lloyds Direct app at the initial stage, to get things moving. All interaction is via the app and Lloyd's staff provide prompt, professional support. It's a 21st century service.
