Two mysteries for you.

Dear Members.

The Pink flowering plant I see here and there, its flowers close if its cloudy, grows on my rockery, forming cushion, but I cannot put a name to it!?

The second image is growing in a relations garden, its a bush/tree with amazing red flowers which I have never seen before.  My family is stumped as to what it is!?

Looking forward to any info.

Flower looks like Pink Oxalis aka Pink Wood Sorrel.

As children we called it Pink Shamrock, but it’s no relation.
