Hello there I bought this plant last year from a roadside plant sale and it said it was a giant white phlox? Still not flowered yet but just thought I’d ask in case it was something else - many Thanks ps it’s about a meter tall
I used to grow one called P White Admiral. It is really lovely as I recall the flowers were a little smaller than most. That is what I loved about it. I have seen this one growing in a shady spot with hostas beautiful.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
I have white phlox - and it was only named 'white', but it certainly is giant. It's about 4'6 now and won't flower for some weeks yet. It makes massive clumps, spreads freely and it's probably indestructible. It flowers for AGES, smells wonderful but needs staking in windy sites.
