Bergamot seedlings

After having a bad experience with rudbeckia seeds, can anyone please confirm if these are both bergamot? They came from the same packet but look different

The top photos are not Bergamot, they look like a willow. The larger plant in the second photo looks more like it. Bergamot leaves are strongly scented, pinch a little tip and sniff
