Compost making

in Tools and techniques
I’ve been weeding so I have a bit of mix of roots, foliage and small clods of soil.   If I throw it all in a bin bag, tie it and leave it for a year will it compost.

    Apart from crushing the roots of any weeds like docks and dandelions, most will compost
