Rudbeckia Goldsturm

Hi, Can anyone confirm if this plant is a Rudbeckia Goldsturm? I've grown about 40 of these from seed, but months later they are still only around 2 inches high with small leaves.

  • They look nothing like mine, which have broader leaves with slightly jagged edges. I don't know what you have.

They don't look like mine either I'm afraid.

Is it possibly a type of Echinacea?

I was starting to suspect not. What a waste of a few months!

    This is what I bought - https://johnsons-seeds.com/product/rudbeckia-goldsturm/

All the seeds that have come up are exactly the same so it's definitely what came in the packet.

I think it is a type of rudbeckia, just not the one you thought you’d got.  Maybe Black Eyed Susan, although I haven’t grown those. Anyone?
