Potatoes lost foliage

I Live in central France, planted 40 metres of english first and second early along with maincrop in March. Grew really well, and end of may they all flowered, last week, june 14-21 2022 we had plus 40 degree heat and no rain, (I was in UK) unfortunately most of the foliage has now died away. Dug some first earlies and they are amazing, all a good size. with regards to the rest, what should I do, seems a bit too early to lift them all, will leave the first earlies a bit longer and take them as i need them but what about the rest, am a bit worried to leave them in the ground all summer....anybody got any ideas please.
