Aminopyralid poisoning of flowers?

Hello, I know this has been asked before on forums, but I wondered whether people thought this might be aminopyralid poisoning of flowers? The top photo is a cosmos, the second a rudbeckia (the last photo is the same batch of rudbeckia but in a separate bed which I didnt improve with local stable manure :(

Its really weird deformity - only one of five cosmos are affected, and they are in a bed with mange tout and sweetpeas which also don't seem to be affected? Does anyone think it could it be anything else?

Many so much thanks in advance!

It would be slightly odd if it was, with only selected plants affected.

That is what I thought, but I did read that it can be really localised even within a bed (I cannot now find where I read that, unfortunately, so it could easily be wrong). Does anyone know what else might be going wrong with the plants? They look very similar to pictures I've seen of the damage  from contaminated manure.

I agree it does look like weed killer contamination.

Oh well, thank you! I guess at least its annuals only in that bed and I can dig it out next year.
