Can anyone tell me the problem with Privet leaves?

I have a green Privet with a disease or is being attacked by something. Any information would be gratefully received I think that it is recovering but is still of some concern. Also a remedy if there is one. Thank you..

I don’t know .. but it’s probably “privet beetle” as there seems to be a beetle for just about every plant !

Can anyone tell me the problem with Privet leaves?
