Alliums have gone rusty.
Hello. My Alliums- that did not flower nor look likely to - have developed what appears to be rust on their leaves.
I suspect it is because the border gets little sun and is quite wet - never dry.
However, my question is - should I dig up the bulbs? And of so, then what? Bin them? Burn them? Get rid of the growth and replant bulb? Any advice most welcome.
Thank you

After all @Fran IOM 's attempts in bumping up this thread, with luck someone will come along who can confirm that my instincts are correct (or not !)
The large Alliums will always do better in a free draining soil. If you grow them in clay they are likely to be more to be vunerable.
I grow A cernuum not big and showy but that will grow just about anywhere
