Diseased Delphinium

Please can you tell me what is wrong with this Delphinium that I only planted 3 weeks ago and that I bought from a good garden centre. Is it saveable or do I need to bin it?

    It has some brown/black spots on the leaves too. One stem has managed to flower but the worst stem has brown on it as well as on the flower buds
