Climbing rose over grown

My is Climbing rose over grown it's broken the  climbing frame and roots have  grow  threw the pot into the earth We can't move it .problemi is  how to the Prue the rose so I can handle it safely. Please help

    @parvinkaurp, could you please post a photo. Click on the small icon  above that looks like a mountain, edit it so that the photo size is a little bit smaller and post.

    We will be able to advise better when we can see what the problem is.
