Foxgloves?

are are these foxgloves? They’re about 60cm. I can’t remember planting any so a bit surprised…. And worried about our puppy, if they’re poisonous?

    The one in flower is a foxglove.  The leaves are poisonous, but most animals have more sense than to touch them.  Is that hypericum behind it? Thats poisonous as well.    Theres a list here


    Dogs have much more developed sense of smell than us, they usually have an innate sense of what to chew or not.

    I'm not sure if puppies are poisonous, but I've never eaten a whole one

    They’ll pop up quite uninvited. If leave to seed you’ll have a load more next year. Got lots that have made our garden their home but I think they look great. Every part of the plant is poisonous but thankfully my cats stick to munching the grass
