Mini rose buds falling off

Hello
the tiny rose buds on this patio rose are turning a pale yellow colour and falling off. Is there anything I can do before it gets worse? Please ignore the pink patio rose photo! Obviously that’s fine!!

    The usual reason for roses to drop buds is because the plant is stressed and realizes that in order to try and stay alive it must discard the flowers and concentrate on survival.

    The most likely reason with a potted rose is a lack of water for a period. But it could be caused by other environmental conditions.
    The foliage looks healthy, so it's unlikely to be a lack of nutrients
