You can keep it in the pot, but make sure it doesn't get rootbound.
When you plant it, put some bamboo canes in the soil at an angle so that they touch wall and whatever support you're using that's on the wall. Then tie the stems to that - not tightly as the stems swell a little with age.
Once it's growing well on the wall you can remove the canes if you want to.

Give it a mulch each spring to keep the soil alive and keep an eye on the watering
    Good luck!

  • Would wire be good for the plant long term? I plan to let it be large and I hope that both vertical and horizontal wiring can support it.

Yes - honeysuckle will need something to hold onto as it climbs up your house.
Horizontal wires will be fine, but you can include some vertical wires to help if you wish to help it climb.
Vine eyes in the wall and wires will work well.

  • Hello again, just a quick question. What are these seedlings appearing at the roots of my honeysuckle? Are they honeysuckle stems or a weed/something that should not be there?

Seedlings of something, but unlikely to be the honeysuckle.

They'll be weeds - just remove them

  • What do new Honeysuckle sprouts look like?

They will appear as shoots from the base of the plant.
You can tell the seedlings you have on top are recently germinated seeds as they still have their seed leaves and unless you sowed seeds on the compost they will be weeds

  • What is the signs of my honeysuckle flowering? I can't find a picture of early formation anywhere on the internet sadly.
