Poorly pot grown standard rose

I think it’s been attacked by a bad case of rose black spot, a lot of foliage has dropped off, there’s only one rose on it now. What should I do? As it’s so bare should I cut all the branches to as near as the main stem as possible? Should I dig it out of the pot trying not to break the giant lilies in there too? Should I wait to treat it in autumn and try to forget about it now?

Bumping this up because I'm not an expert but I think you have several problems going on. First, I would use a blackspot remedy and check the watering; stress can make them prone to blackspot and poor watering is part of that.
Overcrowding is a problem, too. It shouldn't really be in with lilies at all but should be in its own container with appropriate compost. But don't dig it out now, wait until it is dormant.

I wouldn't cut anything back. Remove and burn diseased leaves but don't do anything to add to the stress. No feeding! I hope an expert comes along and sorts it out!

    Ah thanks @Posy
It’s looking a sorry sight after emerging in the spring so promisingly.
Yes I do have a bad habit of planting too many things together in the ground as well as in pots. My lilies have always done better in pots than the ground so I do need to rethink my potting contents. And the soil that it’s in needs attention too. Just wondering if it will be less stressed in the ground ultimately but don’t want to transfer the disease to other roses in the ground.
