Rose gone yellow/brown with yellow and black eggs on it

Just noticed today that my red rose has yellowed and curled up leaves. There looks like tiny yellow and black seed/eggs on the back of the leaves. Its normally very robust and healthy. Does anyone have any ideas what it might be and how I can treat it? Many thanks

I will pick off the affected leaves and spray the rest
