i planted these last year but i don’t like how they look, i was just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what would be able to go here ideally something that has all year interest and not too much green and something that grows taller and is bushy i don’t know if that’s possible but that would be the ideal plant or tree thanks in advance.

(Always gonna recommend them. 😁)
The soil structure and pH can also be important. Hebes aren't particularly fussy re pH, but other plants can be.
What do you mean by not too much green? Do you mean you want dark, yellow, or variegated foliage, or something else? Are the beds open to the ground? That's also important, as @GardenerSuze mentions.
There are certainly shrubs that would be fine, but there isn't a lot of width, which also affects choices, and shrubs need decent depth for the root systems.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
