Why are my rose bloom wilted?

I bought them from the nursery and they were blooming the same way.  There are some tiny orangish insects swarming around inside the flowers if I peek inside.

    Hello @narvempsignupscno3Qt9B and welcome to the forum 😊 

    I suspect that your rose is just a little ‘shocked’ at being transplanted … it probably needs lots of water as the roots won’t have had time to establish in the soil. 

    I would pour a bucket full of water gently over the soil at the base of the plant, so that it soaks right down into the deeper soil. 

    If you do that twice a week throughout the summer I think it will be fine.
