Pittosporum leaves turning white

My Pittosporum plant leaves are white as attached photo. Antifungal spray would do, or do I have to cut them back. I rather did not cut them as they are few years old, and I really love them!!

    We too love Pittosporum’s @behzad  There is a hybrid called Irene Patterson, whose leaves are very white.  Either you have that hybrid, or a variant, but I don’t think it’s diseased.
