Weed/plant ID please.

Is anyone able to let me know what this is please? It has just popped up this year in a couple of places next to some self seeded v. Bonariensis. Sorry photo is sideways on.

    Could possibly be a Helichrysum Joanna. When the flower buds open they should be yellow.
