    No ... it's an astrantia  .... possibly Astrantia major involucrata 'Shaggy' 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    No, it's the flower of astrantia, not sure which variety. 
    SW SCOTLAND but born in Derbyshire

    Looks like an astrantia to me.  Do you have a pic of the whole plant or the leaves?

    Passion flowers are climbers @Sue Graveling, and the flowers are quite big. Astrantias are perennial plants which make quite a big clump once established.  :)
