Bush gone brown, second year in a row

  • Here's a clearer picture of the few leaves that are not brown. So it's to do with lack of water? What's the best way to deal with it now, just keep watering? Or should I cut it back?

    Looks like Euonymus japonicus.  It's very close to the wall, in a rain shadow.  I'd be inclined to reduce its height by half and give it lots of water over the next few weeks, keeping the soil moist but not waterlogged.
