Hi. I have a Fatsia Spider's Web too, and it looks the same. A couple of things: 1) I think some of the young leaves when still in the growing tip were damaged by the late frosts we had 2) the new leaves do take a while to completely unfurl. Make sure it is well watered, as it is quite near the fence, and will act as an umbrella to itself, preventing rain from penetrating to the ground.

My plant also looked like yours, for the same reasons described by @Pianoplayer.  After regular watering it is fine.  You could help it recover by removing any discoloured or misshapen leaves too.  They are pretty robust plants so I wouldn't be too worried!
    Wirral. Sandy, free draining soil.

  • Thanks.  Tbh I don't water it too often. Since it gets no direct sunlight I thought the soil would stay moist. I've killed many plants over watering so now I'm trying to avoid this now
