Insect Identification

Could anyone please identify for me what little creature this is. It's fairly small, and naturally I zoomed in on my phone. Not seen one with a yellow head, and such a marking on
it's back like another face!!

I can't quite make out the abdomen but I think it's this one https://www.naturespot.org.uk/species/sicus-ferrugineus
