What is this fungi?

I have multiple spot of fungi within my raised oak veg beds, can anyone identify? 

Also will this be harmful to the plants and fruit?

    This fungus is growing on the dead organic matter in these beds therefore it will not affect living plants. Don't know which one it is though.
