Hydrangea Glam Rock - what is happening to it?

hi. i'm new to hydrangeas. i always liked them so decided to start growing some this year. i got 4 different types and 3 are doing great. but the Glam Rock is very poorly and i really don't know why? it has exactly the same compost mix, was planted same time and its 'pot in pot' with 'Light My Fire'. LMF is already in bloom, but Glam Rock seems to be barely surviving. the leaves have gone pale and look like they're burned at the ends. what is happening to them?i have two of the Glam Rock and both are the same.

There's a lot of other 'stuff' in the pot with it, including weeds.  It's also a very small plant, so would need a pot of it's own, and a bit of shelter from extreme conditions until it's a better size, and able to thrive well.
Do you also mean you have 2 hydrangeas in the same pot?
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
