Climbing rose blooms drooping

I have had a climbing rose in for about two years now. I have tied up the stems as much as possible, but the blooms are way too heavy for the stems, and the blooms tend to droop and die before fully developing. What am I doing wrong?

Not an expert at all but think it is called balling. Rain is the cause, gently remove outer petals and that should improve the look of the flowers.

Hopefully you should see an improvement next year as roses, especially DA ones seem to take that long to get established well. A rose feed in the next week or so might also improve matters.
Looks a lovely rose, which one is it?
