Problem with corgette plant

hi can anyone tell me why my corgwttes are failing? Grown in large pot in greenhouse

    That’s usually a result of the flowers not being pollinated … if they’re inside there may not be enough insects around to do the job. Mine are planted in the veg patch.

    You need a male flower to flower at the same time as a female flower and then go around with an old paintbrush and pretend to be a bee.

    Unless you have a self fertile courgette. If they exist. I’ve never grown one.
    Iv never grown them before and just went with the label which said could be grown outdoors or under glass. U learn something new every day 😁. Its got lots more growing still left in it, iv put it outside now so fingers xd

    Parthenon is one, they taste and grow fine

    My courgettes have done this too, this year.  Spindly little things and yet quite near them is a row of about 8 cucumbers, full of flowers and 2 cukkies nearly ready to eat.  If I were a bee - I think I would prefer the cucumber rather than the bland courgette!!
    A good hoeing is worth two waterings.
