Self pollinating Courgette flowers?

Hi everyone, thank you for your time in advance. Apologies if there has been a thread about this before, I have searched but come up blank. Additionally I've looked for images on Google too but to no avail. So we purchased some Courgette seeds in a grow your own pack. No info on pack. Just said courgette. I'm used to self pollinating in not great weather but my 6 plants are only producing female flowers from the first flowers. I now have 2 infant male flowers growing but everything else is female (easily 20+ so far). Looking inside the female flower they have 2 structures, which I guess maybe self pollinating? Certainly not what I see in images on Google. I have attached a photo. Self pollinating as I presume? I have other flowers with more pronounced male? structure in relation to the stamen but I was unable to get a good photo. This flower only opened this morning so nice big and healthy. Thank you for your advice :)
