Fig needs replacing ... but what with?

We have a large Brown Turkey fig which needs to be replaced as it has outgrown its welcome (see photo) 😂 and, as @floralies has pointed out, it can damage pipes. I am looking for ideas please, for what to replace it with. We will probably go for a climbing rose, but just wondering about other options. Clearly, nothing that will do any structural damage, but it needs to have a good flowering season. I love wisteria, but it never seems to flower for long and, again, not sure about root damage so close to the house. It is south facing.
