Help re Sweet Williams attack
My Sweet William leaves have suddenly developed these blisters. Is the bug (left hand leaf) to blame? Should I pick off just affected leaves or dig up affected plants? 0

I'm by no means an expert but my guess is that you've got some sort of fungal leaf spot there. They are often prevalent when the weather is damp and humid, or if the plant is frequently wetted by watering with - say - a sprinkler. I suspect the bug may be a coincidence, though there are lots of sap-sucking bugs around too.
You could remove and destroy the most damaged leaves, and try to water the plants at soil level rather than wetting the foliage. Good ventilation will help so try to clear away any weeds around the plants. A bit of sunshine might help too...
