2 different types of brown spot?

In 2 separate areas of the garden, I have plants with brown spotting. I thought they were the same till I pulled a leaf from each to photograph.

It’s on the underside and doesn’t show much on the top

The second type is on weigela and shows on both sides and is a bit transparent around the brown spots
