Simple Plant ID please?

I've seen this a lot recently, most notably at RHS Rosemoor - can someone please ID it for me?  Many thanks.

    Yes for a warm dry spot.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    Hi and thank you!  It looks fabulous but I think now I know what it is unfortunately I won't have much success in my part shady clay soil garden :(

    I have some in a pot. They'll be planted out when I have a space for them, and they can take their chances with the weather.  :)

    They've had them next door for years. Clay soil but west facing not shady.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    They're supposedly hardy, but I've also read that they aren't, so that's why I said they'll have to take their chances. I thought they could be useful for a bit of extra colour at this time of year   :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
