Apple cactus turning dark at the bottom!

Hello! I’m really new to plants and gardening. I got this beautiful cactus as a gift last year and two days ago I watered my cacti and today I saw that the bottom of the cactus has turned dark and the body started to show weird spotting. Its just happening to one now but I have three others in the pot. What is happening and is there a way to save this?
