Bottle brush leaves turning brown

Grown from seed I have several young plants    Leaves suddenly turning brown and plants appear dead.   Only 18 months old …..kept in greenhouse   Not sure what I have done wrong.   Any ideas from experts gratefully received.

    They may have got much too hot. My greenhouse - now empty of plants so unshaded, is reaching 38° on sunny days. At this time of year they would be better outside or in a coldframe if you live in the frozen North.
