Brassica plants failing?

This year I installed a net tunnel, with the intention of preventing my brassica plants from being eaten by catapillars.
Having planted nearly 60 plans of various types around 2/3 weeks ago, I return from holiday to find them on eaten, but I don't think its catapillars see picture, Any ideas very Welcome

I can see you’ve used some slug pellets but I suspect slugs and/or snails may still have been partying on your brassicas. Possibly flea beetles too. 🙄
