Mustard

Im brand new to rhe world of mustard, I've pricked out 1 section and planted it into 4 separate, smaller clumps of 2 and 3 mustards, should I do them even thinner like 1 per 9cm pot? When it comes to harvesting, do I harvest the whole thing or just cut the leaves off? Do they not turn into small hedges and you harvest them solely for their seeds when bone dry?

So should I pot them individually from the propagator or in clumps of 2 or 3?

What are you expecting them to grow into?  Yours look ready to harvest.

I'd have sown them more thickly, on a piece of flannel or folded paper towel.

I sowed them thickly first time but they got mouldy so wasn't as ambitious this time. Will the leaves have the mustard taste to them with leaves that small?

If you are expecting to make actual yellow mustard from this plant I’m afraid you are in for a disappointment. This is mustard cress nice in egg sandwich .
