Bathroom trailing plant

I’m wanting a trailing plant in the bathroom.

I’ve been looking at : chain cactus, pathos neon and fish cactus. My bathroom gets a lot of diffused afternoon light from two windows.

Are any of these particularly suited to this environment? Or is there anything better? I have a wall cupboard where I could have a plant on top, which I think would look great trailing.

I think those are pretty easy and should be OK, it's down to your personal taste really. The fishbone cactus doesn't really trail though.  I think the chain cactus looks especially good in a hanging basket whereas the pothos suits trailing down the side of a piece of furniture.

Hoya linearis, string of needles, might be worth a look - but again I think it's possibly better in a hanging basket. I have a feeling that it's slightly less easy than the ones you mentioned.

  • Thank you. Yeah, it’ll be on a high bathroom cupboard hanging down the side. I was thinking of pothos but not sure what would look best.

String of pearls looks interesting as well.
