Dahlia identification.

Can you please help with this yellow flowered tall dahlia. I thought it was mystic illusion but it grows to almost 2m. Thanks

    It will be easier to ID when it flowers. It looks pretty lanky, with just one point of sprouting, so it maybe be taller for that reason. You may want to take it back down a bit to see if it will get bushier.

    I agree - I'd cut it back leaving 3-4 pairs of leaves on each shoot. That'll make it much bushier.
    Does it get enough sun?

    They do need quite a bit of direct sun, six hours+ through the summer, I would say.

    That does not look at all healthy, clearly not getting enough light.
    I think it needs a better spot.
