Fairly new orchid in bathroom - leaves yellowing, flowers wilting - what's going on?

Our previous bathroom orchid lasted for years. This new one is being treated in the same way, but is very sick. What to do?

    where was the new orchid before? could it be a change in environment that stressed it? a photo would help see it a bit better

    It sounds like it might be too wet. If you're looking after it in the same way as before is it possible that it's planted in a pot that's too large, or in a potting mix that isn't well-draining enough? Do you have a photo?
