Plants in the wrong place

I want to move currant bushes,  cherry trees and a strawberries patch. They are in the wrong place.

The question is can I move anything now.. I appreciate the fruit from them will be lost for this year...

Best not.  They are in active growth and their root systems won't be able to recover from the move and keep up the demand for nutrients and water.

Best to wait till autumn for the currants and cherry when they've shed their leaves and are dormant.   That give you time to prepare their new home by removing all weeds and piling on a thick mulch of well-rotted garden compost and/or manure to improve the soil.   You could the cover it with cardboard and just leave it alone for the worms and other soil organisms to work it thru the soil.

Strawberries may be OK as long as you water them well first, leave it to soak in and then plant immediately in their new homes or in pots with good compost to grow on.   Remove any flowers, fruit and runners so they can concentrate on re-building their root systems.

I've never had a problem with moving strawberries at any time, so you should be able to shift those. Just follow what @Obelixx describes for that process.  :)

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
