Seen today, very near the house at Glendoick garden. Perthshire. Scotland.
In a very sheltered spot. Full sun.

Garden full of many rare trees/shrubs.

Flowers very small.

I do not recognize it.
Suggestions please.

Eeeck! Well well.

Once on internet I could google it.
It is a Rhododendron!!!!
The garden is after all one that specialises in Rhododendrons.

...it is and totally loved by bees, they swarm all over it.. it's also grown on Inkarho rootstock, so lime tolerant. this is planted in ordinary potting soil and watered with hard tap water..

Shrub..possibly tender.
