    Good point by Mr Mow - I had one of those auto stop connections on my hose and the pressure was dismal - I removed it and it made a huge difference.

    Water companies are obliged by law to maintain a certain minimum pressure to a property.
    Try the test suggested in the article below to see if your pressure is up to the minimum-

    Thanks from me too Mr Mow, I didn't know about the auto stop connector either.

    An expandable (fabric) type hose won't work with low water pressure - so avoid them. It relies and great water pressure to expand.
